Organizational Development of the Community Center

The work of the Community Center is characterized by the needs and interests of the diverse user groups as well as the organizations and institutions that offer services for them. The target groups and stakeholders are initially captured through Cultural Probes.
Designing experiential spaces, including during the phase of clarifying the mandate with the leadership of the responsible authorities, which create a framework for rethinking the organizational structure and the usage concept.
The experiential spaces reflect the potentials and challenges of the Community Center, allowing for exploration on different experiential levels.

Timeframe:
August 2016 – December 2017

Task:
To support all involved parties in such a way that a new usage concept and organizational structure emerge.
To set up a process in which the challenges and potentials for further development can be identified.
To identify needs in terms of equipment and necessary construction measures.
