The goal of the Dialog Process Markthalle Neun was to facilitate a dialogue between the neighborhood, the Markthalle, and the district.
It was carried out on behalf of the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg District Office from September 2019 to March 2020 in the planning area around Lausitzer Platz.
Residents, local stakeholders and initiatives, users of the Markthalle, vendors and producers at the Markthalle, and owners and employees of shops and organizations identified problems, concerns, and solution ideas within the planning area.
For this purpose, the dialogue team first traveled through the neighborhood (36 locations) and then held a neighborhood forum in the Markthalle from January 6 to 11, 2020.
The dialogue sheets generated in this way were intended to form the basis for a planned dialogue workshop in the spring of 2020, where interested residents, local stakeholders, initiatives, users, vendors, producers, shop and organization owners, the Markthalle operators, and representatives from the district office could meet to discuss and negotiate. However, due to the contact restrictions imposed by the pandemic, the dialogue workshop could not take place.
Through the website https://dialogverfahren-markthalle-neun.de/, the dialogue sheets are now made available to all involved and interested parties in an anonymized, categorized collection.
We thank the numerous dialogue partners for their participation.
